Is my credit card information secure on-line?
Yes, we use secure encryption to ensure that the information is safe from anyone trying to intercept it. For more security information, please read our Privacy Policy.
What credit cards can I use to purchase products?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Can I return my Fresh Whipped purchase?
Yes. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to exchange it or refund the credit card used for the purchase. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of shipment.
1. E-mail us at info@freshwhipped.com to request a return. We will then email you a return form including authorization number (RA) and shipping address. Please fill out the requested information on the form, and include it inside the package for return.
2. Return the product, in Fresh Whipped packaging if possible, along with the original packing slip, and completed return form.
3. Ship the package via an insured courier (UPS, FedEx, USPS Parcel Post). Keep your shipment receipt in case the package is damaged or lost in transit. Fresh Whipped cannot guarantee credit for your return without confirmation of delivery to us.
Shipping Information
How fast is my order processed?
Orders generally ship within 1–2 working days of order placement. If you need an order rushed, please make a note in "Add comments about your order" box under shipping methods and we will do our best to expedite your order processing.
What shipping options are available?
We have selected UPS as our premier delivery service. Available shipping options are; Standard, 2nd Day Air, 3 day Select or Next Day Air (Next Day Air in continental US only). In some cases we may choose to ship your package via another carrier, such as FedEx, USPS, etc.
Fresh Whipped does not sell or exchange names or other information about our customers with third parties.
FreshWhipped.com does recognize your ISP (internet service provider), however, we cannot identify you as an individual. If you make an on-line purchase we do collect information (such as sales statistics and traffic patterns) to help improve your shopping experience. We keep all information confidential. We may contact you from time-to-time to notify you of changes on the site, new product introductions and special promotions. If you do not wish to receive these e-mails, please contact us via e-mail at nomoremail@freshwhipped.com.
