Is my credit card information secure on-line?
Yes, we use secure encryption to ensure that the information is safe from anyone trying to intercept it. For more security information, please read our Privacy Policy.
What credit cards can I use to purchase products?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Can I return my Fresh Whipped purchase?
Yes. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to exchange it or refund the credit card used for the purchase. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of shipment.
1. E-mail us at info@freshwhipped.com to request a return. We will then email you a return form including authorization number (RA) and shipping address. Please fill out the requested information on the form, and include it inside the package for return.
2. Return the product, in Fresh Whipped packaging if possible, along with the original packing slip, and completed return form.
3. Ship the package via an insured courier (UPS, FedEx, USPS Parcel Post). Keep your shipment receipt in case the package is damaged or lost in transit. Fresh Whipped cannot guarantee credit for your return without confirmation of delivery to us.
Shipping Information
How fast is my order processed?
Orders generally ship within 1–2 weekdays of order placement. If you need an order rushed, please make a note in "Add comments about your order" box under shipping methods and we will do our best to expedite your order processing.
What shipping options are available?
Standard, 2nd Day Air, 3 day Select or Next Day Air (Next Day Air in continental US only). We have listed UPS as our delivery service, but sometimes choose to ship your order via another courier. If we ship via another courier, we will choose a comparable or faster shipping service. For orders shipped to addresses in the Pacific Northwest, most often you will receive your package within 2 to 3 days after we ship it.
